All 9 Elder Inc. products are distributed only as evaluation/demo versions
and are only distributed electronically. To unlock the distributed versions
you will need to order a license. Your license is valid for all updates
and new versions, as well as support, of the product released within 1
year from the date you purchased license. After your order is processed
you will receive an email containing your license.

Technical support related to setup and using 9 Elder Inc. products for
registered and evaluation users can be obtained by sending an email to

Shipping
There is no charge shipping and handling. After your order is processed,
you will receive a registration email with instructions for unlocking the
evaluation version, downloading, and updating your software.
If you have any problem with the ordering process, if you need a temporary
id before your order is processed, or if you have not received your registration
email within 24 hours please contact
