Level 1 (Core Functionality Failure)

Level 2 (Loss of Functionality, Bad Behaviour)
  1. Create 2 sending windows and the last window will control all of the Enter key input. i.e. the first window does not allow the person to hit the return yet and when they do, it will go into the second window.Problem should be solved using JRE1.4, however there are other issues with that platform. This is a bug with JRE 1.3 (http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/bugParade/bugs/4186349.html). Severity = 2.
Level 3 (Annoyances, Problem Causers)
Level 4 (Cosmetic)
  1. Font on Linux is just hard to read in pretty much all instances. Problem is solved using JRE1.4, however there are other issues with that platform. Severity = 5.
Level 5 (Request For Enhancement)
  1. Allow Insert Image, Bulleted List, Numbered List, Clear Format while sending. Severity = 2.
  2. Right-click on service folder option to get mail (or toggle forwarding mode). This would be cool. Severity = 3.
